    Description

NGC 1836 MS 61. Head of 1835. The Head of 1835 features a small curl adjacent to star 6, and it is the most plentiful of the three varieties of this date. There is also a pronounced die crack that runs from rim to rim from star 6 to the space between stars 12 and 13. Good luster characteristics, the coin is a bit softly struck in the centers, and there are several small abrasions and luster grazes that account for the grade.
