    1879 12.5C T. Hobron XF40 NGC. Medcalf 2TE-8. Thin planchet per NGC, which has also chosen to list the piece under its railroad, the Kahului & Wailuki, rather than under the name of Thomas H. Hobron. Violet-rose overtones are prominent on this lightly worn but still-luminous example. Listed on page 397 of the 2012 Guide Book.
