Charles III gold 8 Escudos 1767/6 NR-JV AU58 NGC, Nuevo Reino mint, KM41, Fr-31, Cal-2086. An unlisted overdate variety in Krause, though the overstrike here is certainly conspicuous. Blessed with exacting details that have stood the test of time minus the trivial erosion of the high points from the piece's minimal time in circulation.
