(1670-75) 1/2P St. Patrick Halfpenny -- Scratch -- PCGS Genuine. VF Details. Vlack 1-B, W-11540. The golden-brown surfaces are generally smooth but a cluster of pinscratches on the field behind the king explains the PCGS notation. One minor reverse rim ding is at 10 o'clock.
