    Description

    Very Fine St. Patrick Farthing

(1670-75) FARTH St. Patrick Farthing VF20 PCGS. Breen-208, nothing below king. The brass splasher is a bit northwest of the crown, but partially overlaps it. This is a well centered and evenly detailed example of this increasingly popular series. Marks are minimal for the grade, and the surfaces are only mildly granular. Struck with close to medal turn. Listed on page 39 of the 2008 Guide Book.

The marketing was exceptional from the photos to the ads in Civil War Times and North South Trader for the cross over people!!! I have had many emails from my Civil War collecting fraternity that saw these and I saw them at the national show in Nashville/Franklin in early December.
