1652 3PENCE Pine Tree Threepence AU55 PCGS. Ex: Ford. No
pellets at trunk. Crosby 2a-B, Noe-36, R.4. 15.6 gn, per the Ford
catalog. A splendid autumn-brown representative. The surfaces
glimmer with luster and have only incidental contact. The reverse
legends are essentially complete, and the obverse legends are only
missing the tops of a few letters near 7 o'clock. Wavy, as made and
characteristic of the Pine Tree emissions. Listed on page 37 of the
2009 Guide Book. Population: 14 in 55, 2 finer
