1652 6PENCE Oak Tree Sixpence--Scratched--NCS. AU Details. Noe-22, Crosby 1b-D, R.5. 31.2 grains. This battleship-gray example has a well centered reverse, while the obverse is slightly uncentered toward 5 o'clock, because of mint-made clips on the lower obverse. Moderately wavy, as struck, but nicely defined, since the tree is nearly completely brought up. Old obverse graffiti consists of the letter B and a numeral 4 with a vertical divider between.
