1652 Pine Tree Sixpence, XF Details
    Noe-33, Originally Toned

1652 6PENCE Pine Tree Sixpence, Pellets at Trunk -- Scratches -- NGC Details. XF. Noe-33, W-670, Salmon 3-B, R.3. An evenly defined gunmetal-gray and caramel-gold representative. A small linear flan flaw affects the final S in MASATHVSETS, but the coin is less abraded than the NGC notation suggests. The obverse is misaligned toward 12 o'clock, as usual for Noe-33. Noe-33a is the scarcer normal alignment variety. Listed on page 41 of the 2017 Guide Book.
