1652 Oak Tree Shilling, XF Details
    Noe-9, IN at Bottom

1652 SHILNG Oak Tree Shilling, IN at Bottom -- Damaged -- NGC Details. XF. Noe-9, W-500, Salmon 7-E, R.5. Both sides of this piece are well-centered and boldly struck, although damage at lower borders obscures portions of IN and DOM, and prevents a numeric grade from NGC. There is a small planchet lamination above the denomination and below date, and the first I in XII is weak. Deep steel-gray toning blankets each side. Listed on page 41 of the 2018 Guide Book.
