Choice VF Pine Tree Shilling
Small Planchet, Noe-16
1652 SHILNG Pine Tree Shilling, Small Planchet VF35 PCGS.
Noe-16, W-835, Salmon 2-B, R.2. 65.90 gns. A late die state
with a break merging the two lowest left branches. A pearl-gray
shilling with a consistent strike and pleasing detail. There are no
noticeable mark. The obverse is mildly uncentered toward 5 o'clock
and the reverse moderately uncentered toward 11 o'clock though all
legends are fully intact. Listed on page 39 of the 2013 Guide
