1662 2PENCE Oak Tree Twopence VF30 Damaged, Repaired, Cleaned Uncertified. Small 2. Breen-35. 0.7 grams. The surfaces of this coin display relatively bold definition for the grade that allows full appreciation of every major design element. Both sides are toned in slate-gray and charcoal colors, the fields appear to have been smoothed over to efface damage. A rare Colonial issue, listed on page 17 of the current Guide Book.From the David Bruce Collection.
