Description
1723 1/2P Hibernia Halfpenny MS64 Brown PCGS. Martin 4.90-Gc.9, R.7. Breen-157, Nelson-8. This is the Small 3 variety without a pellet before the H in HIBERNIA. The obverse of this piece is extraordinary, with cracks and severe die rust, while the reverse is a perfect early die state.
