1723 PENNY Rosa Americana Penny VF20 Scratches Uncertified. Breen-121. The centers of both sides have deep pinscratches. Darker tan-brown patina, with a small planchet flaw (as made) at 4 o'clock on the reverse. The date is illegible because of an inadequate strike in that area. Listed on page 22 of the 2003 Guide Book.From the Dr. Richard Tavernetti Collection.
