1760 Hibernia-Voce Populi Halfpenny MS 62 Brown PCGS. Breen-223. A pleasing example of an issue that is difficult to locate in Mint State, both sides are free of distracting abrasions. The surfaces display chocolate-brown coloration and the strike, while slightly incomplete over the centers, is suitable for the issue.
