Description
1760 1/2P Hibernia-Voce Populi Halfpenny AU55 PCGS. Z. 6-C, N.9. A golden-brown example of the "Stern Bust" variety. Faint friction on the cheek and thigh prevents a higher grade, but the surfaces are smooth and attractive. Struck from clashed and rotated dies. Listed on page 47 of the 2007 Guide Book.From The Troy Wiseman Collection, Part Two.
