Description

1760 FARTH Hibernia-Voce Populi Farthing, Large Letters VF30 PCGS. Breen-234. "Rare" per Breen. Struck from clashed dies, which are most visible by the line just above the bust. There's a light scratch next to the seated figure on the reverse and some slight planchet striations as made. The few problems that are present are truly trivial, even more so when one considers how infrequently such pieces are offered. Listed on page 28 of the 2002 Guide Book.
