1783 COPPER Washington & Independence Cent, Draped Bust, No Button, Copper Restrike, Plain Edge PR64 Brown PCGS. Baker-3 Variety, Vlack 17-L, W-10370 Variety, GW-107. A well-made restrike, produced by British coin dealer W.J. Taylor in the middle 19th century. This exceptionally preserved example boasts flashy, reflective fields with lovely rose and tan toning. PCGS Population: 17 in 64 Brown, 23 finer (3/26). Listed on page 46 of the 2026 Guide Book.
