    Long Worm Variety

1783 SHLNG Chalmers Shilling, Long Worm XF45 NGC. CAC. Breen-1012, W-1790, R.4. Annapolis, Maryland, silversmith John Chalmers, a Revolutionary War officer, among his other life activities, issued small silver coins for use in local commerce.
