Elusive Crosby 4-D Variety
1785 COPPER Nova Constellatio Copper, Pointed Rays AU55
PCGS. Crosby 4-D, R.4. A pleasing medium brown Choice AU
copper. The strike is precise, the centering is exact, and no
abrasions are evident despite a thorough perusal. Breen believed
this series should be referred to as "Constellatio Nova," and it
probably would be if NOVA was inverted relative to the viewer.
