1786 COPPER New Jersey Copper, Bridle XF40 PCGS. Maris 18-M, R.1. The 'wide shield reverse' marriage of the popular Bridle variety, named for a vertical die break beneath the snout of the horse. Medium to deep brown in color. Virtually void of contact, areas of faint verdigris do not distract. Listed on page 56 of the 2005 Guide Book. Population: 4 in 40, 3 finer (4/05).(#501)
