    Outstanding Eye Appeal

    1787 1/2 C Massachusetts Half Cent MS64 Brown PCGS. Ryder 1-D, W-5900, R.4. A scarce variety whose pick-up point is recutting on the base of the obverse star. Die rust near the LT in WEALTH is also diagnostic. Free from evident abrasions or planchet flaws. The strike is incomplete at the centers but sharp everywhere else. An outstanding Massachusetts half cent type coin. Listed on page 59 of the 2015 Guide Book.
