Description
1787 COPPER Connecticut Copper, Draped Bust Left XF40 PCGS. Miller 33.9-s.2, R.2. A nicely struck walnut-brown example with smooth surfaces. Heavy die crack (as made) to the C in AUCTORI, faint die cracks at 1 and 4 o'clock on the obverse, the upper right reverse has a series of slender die cracks. Double divider line above the date. Struck a few degrees off center toward 3 o'clock. Listed on page 43 of the 2004 Guide Book.(#370)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2B2X, PCGS# 370, Greysheet# 165)
