    1787 COPPER Connecticut Copper, ETLIB INDE VF20 PCGS. Miller 1.1-A 1787 Connecticut Copper, R.3. Struck a few degrees off center toward 10 o'clock. The centers are typically struck, while the borders have the sharpness of a higher grade. A mahogany-brown State Copper with a few mint-made planchet flaws and a minor rim ding on the reverse at 9 o'clock. A popular type listed on page 42 of the 2004 Guide Book.
