Glistening MS 63 1787 Fugio Cent

1787 Fugio Cent MS 63 Brown PCGS. STATES UNITED, Pointed Rays. Breen-1310. Superb cherry-brown patina with underlying luster. The strike is a bit weak, as normal for the issue, and there are no egregious imperfections. The obverse displays considerable die clashing. Most of the Mint State Massachusetts cents came from the Bank of New York Hoard distributed from the mid-1800s until the 1960s in New York City. Listed on page 63 of the 1999 Guide Book.
    From the David Litrenta Collection.
