1788 1/2 C Massachusetts Half Cent AU58 NGC. Ryder 1-B, W-6010, R.2. An early die state without the vertical break through the second 8 in the date. A deep brown near-Mint example with smooth surfaces aside from a couple of minor marks near the W in WEALTH. Listed on page 59 of the 2013 Guide Book.From The Dr. Charles Nelson Collection.
