Description
1788 1C Massachusetts Cent AU50 PCGS. Breen-970. A glossy example that has variegated purple-brown and tan-brown patina. The reverse appears to have a trivial rim ding at 5 o'clock. The central reverse has a few very faint and faded pinscratches. The eagle's wing and tail feathers are sharply detailed. Listed on page 40 of the 2002 Guide Book.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2B27, PCGS# 311)
