Description
1789 TOKEN Mott Token, Thick Planchet, Plain Edge AU58 PCGS. Breen-1020. This medium brown Mott token is from late stage dies, with a large die break from the upper left clock corner, a soft impression on the eagle, and a roughhewn texture to the fields. A few degrees off center toward 12:30, and the reverse has a rim ding at 9 o'clock. Listed on page 70 of the 2011 Guide Book.
