Not Sold Description
1789 TOKEN Mott Token, Thin Planchet, Engrailed Edge AU58 PCGS. Breen-1025. This representative of the scarce thin planchet variant displays olive and cinnamon-brown toning with some planchet flaws as struck. Edge anomalies are evident at 6 o'clock and 12 o'clock on both sides. Still considered part of the American colonial series, evidence suggests that these pieces were a product of the early 19th century. Listed on page 70 of the 2010 Guide Book.Coin Index Numbers: (PCGS# 607, GSID# 248)
