1789 TOKEN Mott Token, Thin Planchet, Engrailed Edge XF45 PCGS. Breen-1025. This coin possesses the luster of a Choice XF grade, the surfaces being glossy-brown in sheen. The central features are, however, poorly defined with little evident detail--a product of sinking dies. There is also a sizeable die break near the center of the obverse. A coin that should be examined firsthand prior to bidding. Listed on page 54 of the current Guide Book.
