1791 1C Washington Small Eagle Cent MS64 Brown PCGS. Baker-16, R.3. This popular Washington piece was engraved by Obediah Westwood. This piece is especially well struck and each side shows rich brown patina with faint traces of underlying mint red luster. A glossy, problem-free example.
