1794 1C Talbot, Allum & Lee Cent, NEW YORK, MS64 Red and Brown PCGS. Fuld-4, W-8590, R.1. One of the more plentiful varieties of this popular copper, ideal for type representation. This representative is boldly struck, with smooth, problem-free fields that show significant copper-red luster shining through amber-brown patina. The obverse figure shows light die rust, not unusual for the issue. Listed on page 76 of the 2016 Guide Book. Population: 4 in 64 Red and Brown, 1 finer (7/15).
