    1795 Cent Talbot, Allum & Lee Cent PR63 Brown NGC. Fuld-1, W-8620. A flashy proof that reveals caramel-gold, mahogany, and powder-blue shades when rotated beneath a light. A razor-sharp specimen with a few tiny ticks and hairlines on the fields. Proof Talbot, Allum & Lee cents were likely struck for Kempson's Mint salesmen to demonstrate token quality to prospective clients. Listed on page 72 of the 2010 Guide Book.
