Gorgeous (1795) Liberty and Security Penny, MS62 Brown
Undated PENNY Washington Liberty & Security Penny MS62 Brown PCGS. Baker-30, W-11050, R.2. Its larger format makes the Liberty and Security penny one of the most majestic and desirable of all the Washington colonial pieces. This lovely Mint State example has bold design motifs, lustrous surfaces, and reflective fields. Both sides have intermingled yellow-brown and deep brown, accented by a touch of ultramarine on the high points.
