Description
Choice 1905 Lewis and Clark Gold Dollar
Scarcer Issue
1905 G$1 Lewis and Clark MS64 PCGS. The net distribution
figure for the 1905 Lewis and Clark gold dollar was a meager 10,041
pieces. Although this total is virtually the same as the figure for
the 1904 issue, the 1905 is much scarcer. The present coin is a
pleasing Choice example, with light greenish-gold surfaces and
bright mint luster. All design elements are sharply defined, and
eye appeal is quite strong.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# BYLG, PCGS# 7448, GSID# 10207)
