The Pan-Pac quarter eagle has an interesting design on each side.
The obverse instructs the viewer about what a hippocampus is, while
the reverse is a throwback to an 1879 pattern. This near-Gem has
subdued mint luster, clean surfaces, and just a tinge of green
intermixed in the orange-gold color.(Registry
