1915-S Panama-Pacific Gold Dollar, MS67+
Tied for Finest Certified

1915-S G$1 Panama-Pacific Gold Dollar MS67+ NGC. CAC. The Panama-Pacific gold dollars were generally well-stored following their issue in 1915 in San Francisco, and high-grade survivors are fairly plentiful. This piece, however, stands out from the rest as one of only two MS67 representatives to receive a Plus designation from NGC and PCGS combined, with none graded numerically finer (6/14). Subtle rose-gold overtones accent satiny yellow-gold luster on each side, while the surfaces are seemingly perfect and the strike is bold.(Registry values: N4719)
