Colorful Superb Gem 1926 Sesquicentennial Quarter Eagle, The Finest Certified Survivor

1926 $2 1/2 Sesquicentennial MS 67 PCGS. While MS 64 1926 Sesquicentennial quarter eagles populate collections across the country, only 1 commemorative specialist will have the honor of owning a Superb Gem example. Orange-gold peripheral accents and rose-blue centers provide for uniquely attractive eye appeal. The surfaces are as close to numismatic perfection as we can imagine for the issue. The generous endowment of frosty luster rounds out the appearance of this beautiful and conditionally rare gold commemorative. This is the single finest example certified by NGC and PCGS combined (9/99). (NGC ID# 2FE9, PCGS# 7466)

    Weight: 4.18 grams
