    Description

    1926 Sesquicentennial Quarter Eagle, MS65+
    Luminescent Mint Luster

1926 $2 1/2 Sesquicentennial MS65+ PCGS. CAC. A well-struck, frosty example of this American Independence commemorative. Liberty is portrayed on the obverse with depictions of freedom (a torch) and the Declaration of Independence (a scroll); the reverse shows a reproduction of Independence Hall in Philadelphia, where the Declaration was signed in July 1776. The shallow relief of the design allows the mint luster to cartwheel freely around each side, delivering superb visual appeal.(Registry values: N2998) (NGC ID# 2FE9, PCGS# 7466)

    Weight: 4.18 grams

    Metal: 90% Gold, 10% Copper
