1926 $2 1/2 Sesquicentennial Quarter Eagle MS66 NGC. CAC. Lustrous orange-gold surfaces contain significant luster and cover fully detailed design elements. This is the second of two commemorative quarter eagles, with the first being the 1915 Pan-Pac example, and marks 150 years of American independence. The obverse shows Liberty holding a scroll of the Declaration of Independence and the Torch of Freedom, and the reverse displays Independence Hall. Just ten finer certifications exist at NGC (1/26).(Registry values: N4719)
