1915-S Pan-Pac Quarter Eagle, MS65
1915-S $2 1/2 Panama-Pacific Quarter Eagle MS65 NGC.
Remarkably well-preserved for the grade, showing only a few light
luster grazes in the left reverse field that prevent an MS66
designation. This Gem is sharp and has bright yellow-gold surfaces.
Distribution of the Panama-Pacific quarter eagle amounted to only
6,749 pieces, less than half of the number of Pan-Pac dollars
distributed to collectors. (NGC ID# BYLP, PCGS# 7450)
