1893 25C Isabella Quarter MS66 PCGS. CAC. The first commemorative quarter, here represented by a lovely olive-gray Premium Gem tinged with ice-blue and gold accents. Radiant cartwheel luster and the full strike put this piece in a distinct minority among the survivors.
