1915-S 50C Panama-Pacific MS64 NGC. CAC. Peach surfaces are ringed with a dazzling array of rainbow toning, with sky-blue and electric-blue most prominent, alongside russet-brown. Significant luster remains and eye appeal is superb. These coins were minted to commemorate the San Francisco World's Fair in 1915, running from February 20 to December 4 of that year. It was built to be the ultimate World's Fair, and was a roaring success, bringing in about 19 million visitors.
