Description

1915-S Panama-Pacific Half Dollar, MS67
Unusually Well-Struck and Lustrous

1915-S 50C Panama-Pacific MS67 PCGS. Champagne-lilac surfaces contain a thin ring of sage, amber, and russet, most prominent on the obverse. More detail is visible than on the typical example of this often weakly struck issue, with drapery folds and hair detail clear and the eagle's breast feathers mostly intact. Satiny luster is more generously applied than on most examples of this issue. This superlative example would excellently commemorate this important issue and exposition in a series specialist's cabinet.(Registry values: N2998)
