Captivating 1926 Sesquicentennial Half Dollar, Gem Mint State
1926 50C Sesquicentennial MS65 PCGS. A highly lustrous and boldly struck representative. The surfaces are mostly brilliant with a golden tint on the rims. This carefully preserved specimen has numerous planchet striations that radiate from the centers, and only a couple of tiny abrasions. Although common in lower grades, it is virtually impossible to find an example better than Gem. PCGS has certified a mere eight pieces finer (7/08).(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# BYJ4, PCGS# 9374, GSID# 10365)
