    1926-S Oregon Half Dollar, MS68
    Tied for Finest Certified

1926-S 50C Oregon MS68 PCGS Secure. Ex: Bruce Scher. From start to finish, the Oregon Trail half dollar spanned more years than any other issue in the classic series of commemorative coins. The first pieces were minted in Philadelphia and San Francisco in 1926, and the last were minted at three mints, including Denver, in 1939.
Just five examples of the 1926-S have received the MS68 grade at PCGS (11/12). This Superb Gem has light champagne toning at the centers, with gorgeous peripheral russet, blue, and apple-green. Here is a sensational, sharply defined piece for the connoisseur.(Registry values: N2998) (NGC ID# BYH7, PCGS# 9341)

If my clients were to auction something of significance, having Mike as the auctioneer would be a deal maker as far as I am concerned.
