    Description

    1927 Vermont Half, MS67
    High-Relief Design, Deep Strike

1927 50C Vermont MS67 PCGS. A well-produced representative of the "classic" era of commemorative coins, the Vermont half is almost always boldly struck, leaving the high points of the design vulnerable to abrasions. This deeply struck piece is an exception, with a clean cheek on Ira Allen and no marks on the catamount's shoulder. Lemon-yellow toning merges with a lilac overtones. This is an extremely attractive Vermont, fully struck and unmarked. PCGS has seen none numerically finer. Population: 28 in 67 (3 in 67+), 0 finer (2/14).(Registry values: N2998) (NGC ID# BYJR, PCGS# 9401)

    Weight: 12.50 grams

    Metal: 90% Silver, 10% Copper
