Pleasing MS64 1928 Hawaiian Half
1928 50C Hawaiian MS64 NGC. The surfaces are mostly gray-brilliant, and this satiny near-Gem Hawaiian half dollar has exceptional eye appeal for the grade. A faint trace of subtle gold toning resides along the left obverse border. A scarce commemorative issue, despite the release of a large hoard in 1987.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# BYGR, PCGS# 9309, GSID# 10314)
