Description

Gem 1928 Hawaiian Half Dollar

1928 50C Hawaiian MS65 NGC. Peach-gold toning enriches the obverse of this well impressed and lustrous Gem. Both sides appear to be unabraded at first glance, although patience and a strong loupe eventually locates minor contact beneath TRUST and on the cheekbone and thigh. The Hawaiian is the most desirable type among the fifty pieces required to complete a collection of classic silver commemoratives by design.(Registry values: N2998)
