Description
Fantastic 1928 Hawaiian Half, MS65
1928 50C Hawaiian MS65 PCGS. The 1928 Hawaiian Sesquicentennial half dollar enjoyed an initial distribution of 10,008 pieces. Always viewed as the key coin in the commemorative series, examples are highly prized and elusive above the Gem level. The coin offered here is sharply struck, with fine detail on the devices. The lustrous surfaces are enriched by a light patina of pink, gold, and sea-green. Overall eye appeal is fantastic.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# BYGR, PCGS# 9309, GSID# 10314)
