1933-D 50C Oregon MS67 NGC. One of the few Denver Mint issues of any denomination struck in 1933, the 1933-D Oregon is also interesting for its many layers of die doubling, visible on HALF DOLLAR when tilted and examined with a powerful loupe. Untoned, satiny, and pristine with moderate incompleteness of strike on the back of the wagon. Census: 30 in 67, 2 finer (11/09).(Registry values: N1793)
